Your financial investment broker is in possession of a license pursuant to Section 34f (1) sentence 1 numbers 1, 2 and 3 of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).

This license entitles him to broker the following financial investments on a commercial basis - within the scope of the statutory exemption pursuant to Section 2 (6) sentence 1 no. 8 of the German Banking Act (KWG):

• Open-ended investment funds (e.g. equity, bond or mixed funds) that are licensed in Germany or the EU (Section 34f (1) No. 1 GewO),
• Closed-end investment funds licensed in accordance with the German Investment Code (Section 34f (1) No. 2 GewO),
• Investments within the meaning of Section 1 (2) of the German Investment Act (Vermögensanlagengesetz), such as profit participation rights, subordinated loans or direct investments (Section 34f (1) No. 3 GewO).

In addition, the intermediary may also offer investment advice and investment brokerage within the meaning of the German Banking Act (Section 1 (1a) sentence 2 no. 1 and 1a KWG).

To cover its activities, the company has property damage liability insurance in the amount required by law.
